Cancellation Policy At Pretty When You Cry Beauty, your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and protect my time as a small business owner, the following policy is in place: ✨24-Hour Notice Required✨ If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. ✨Late Cancellations / No-Shows✨ Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice — or failure to show up — will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
